Healthy Children/Healthy Environment: Improving the Odds

A research project funded by Health Canada – Drs. Lynn Marshall and Riina Bray, and Ms. Jan Kasperski reviewed the literature and suggested exposure history questions and formatting, for EHI-Canada, the Environmental Health Clinic, and the Environmental health Committee of the Ontario College of Family Physicians.: Part 1: in spring of 2010 for the Rourke Baby Record, a questionnaire commonly used by Family Physicians in evaluating the health of children from 1 week to 5 years of age; Part 2: in spring of 2011 for the Greig Health Record, a tool used in evaluating the health of children from 6 to 17 years.
